With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, I found my true calling not in the structures we build, but in the people we become while building. Somewhere between major projects and quiet moments of change, I discovered my passion for guiding others grow, adapt, and thrive.

Today, I bring that same clarity and structure into the world of people development. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), EMCC Coach, trainer, and certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator,I create tailored training and coaching programs for professionals and teams across industries who are navigating complexity and transformation.
